Jamie Keeton and Japan’s Shunichi Kanno have traded one of Guinness World Records’ most visually unforgettable titles for years.

Guinness World Records currently lists Shunichi Kanno as the record holder for the most drink cans placed on the head using air suction. He achieved 13 cans in Shinjuku, Tokyo, on July 8, 2026.

Kanno practiced positioning additional cans on his temples and cheeks to surpass Jamie’s 12-can mark.
